Baba's Brew & a Culture Factory COVID19 RESPONSE PLAN

In light of the ongoing risk of COVID-19 transmission we’d like to reinforce our commitment to ensuring the safety of our customers, business partners, and team members. As a PA Department of Agriculture approved manufacturing facility and Chester County Health Department approved food establishment, Baba's Brew & a Culture Factory have strict sanitation and cleaning procedures in current practice which provide a high level of sanitation and personal hygiene. We have also implemented the following additional measures as we keep a close eye on the recommendations from municipal, state and federal agencies. These additional health and safety measures include:

o all non-essential staff are working remotely

o our brewery facility, Baba’s Brew, and a Culture Factory tasting room are closed to the public, and open ONLY to Baba's Brew staff.

o extra cleaning measures on all hard surfaces and high traffic areas such as door handles, light switches, desks, railings and counter-tops.

o for those staff working in the brewery and a Culture Factory, enforcing a strict hygiene policy, including frequent hand washing, wearing gloves and maintaining safe distance.

o requiring staff to self quarantine at home should they feel unwell in any way
