Three completely different dishes. One simple dough.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to transform a single base into light, airy éclairs, pillowy Parisian gnocchi, and hot, golden churros. It’s one of the most satisfying techniques in the kitchen—and once you learn it, it opens the door to both sweet and savory cooking.

On the menu:

  • Cream Puffs—light, golden shells filled with silky pastry cream and finished with a smooth glaze

  • Parisian Gnocchi—soft and delicate, sautéed in butter until lightly crisp, with spring vegetables and fresh herbs

  • Churros—crisp on the outside, tender inside, rolled in cinnamon sugar and served with warm chocolate

We’ll cook everything together, then sit down to enjoy it fresh—right when it’s at its absolute best. Kombucha will be flowing, and you’re welcome to BYOB.
