We’ll guide you through the basics of wild fermentation using just salt, veggies, and time — no canning, no stress.
In this workshop, you’ll make:
• Lacto-Fermented Green Beans – garlicky, crunchy & addictive
• Fermented Bread & Butter Pickles – sweet, sour & nostalgic
• Zucchini Kimchi – a bold, summer twist on the Korean classic
Leave with three jars of your own living creations, detailed recipes, and the confidence to keep the microbial magic going all season long.
Kombucha will flow freely for you to enjoy, but feel free to BYOB.
