Let customers speak for us
from 22 reviewsOnce again one of the best dining experiences ever. The food, the people, the conversation, the best.
A wonderful culinary community experience! We went with friends and made new ones. Beautifully set up under the moonlight under an enormous tree that kept us completely dry in the rain! The food was amazing and my carnivorous husband loved the vegan! We'll definitely be back for more!
What a wonderful experience! Olga hosted us at her home for a beautiful evening full of great company and even better food. We had a family style meal, which encouraged conversation with other attendees. I met some amazing people (plus, Olga's dog and bunny!). We will definitely be back for another feast!
Once again the August full moon dinner did not disappoint! The food was so delicious!! The people who attended were wonderful and so much fun to meet and talk to. I can't wait for next month!
Cooking classes with Olga are the best! I learned things I would have never thought to ask, got excited about foods I would have never thought to cook and became all around more competent in the kitchen. Olga is a wealth of knowledge on all things food and it is a fast, easy and super fun way to become a better cook!
I attended the fish class in May with 2 work colleagues. I had such a great experience that I asked my husband to join me for the anti inflammatory class. The food was delicious, the company fun and Olga is full of knowledge!! We are looking forward to attending a full moon feast in August. Thank you Ollga!!
Baba's kombucha is the Veuve Clicquot of kombucha!
From the locally sourced organic ingredients, variety of flavors, and perfect amount of bubbly, it's a perfect non alcohol drink or mixer.
Baba's knows how to brew the buch!
The full moon feast was an extraordinary experience. The cuisine was both unique and delectable, and the atmosphere and ambiance were spot-on. It’s the perfect setting for a date night or with friends.
Our Kombucha class was outstanding. The atmosphere made it extremely easy to relax, get comfortable and learn from Olga. The manner in which she taught the class was refreshing and gave us insight into Olga’s journey as well as the pure benefits of eating fermented foods in our daily lives. We will 1000% be attending another class.
Olga is extremely knowledge about every class I take. This class didn’t disappoint! She really can talk to anyone and there are no dumb questions! I am already brewing 2 kombucha containers. She also have so many little extras she offers either through information or products details. I will continue to take all the class she offers. Worth every penny!
A wonderful gathering for mixing people, stories, and amazing flavors. It is something to be experienced at least once in your lifetime. But most people enjoy it do much they are sure to come back.
I keep Baba's bucha growlers in my fridge at all times! I love the fun changing variety of flavors which are all delicious, featuring the local seasonal fruits. The freshness of this kombucha sets it in a different category than all others. I have also attended the full moon dinner, which was a uniquely cool experience, great company and the food is SUPERLATIVE! Highly recommend everything they have to offer at this business!
I’ve attended a few Olga’s cooking classes and intend to do so in the future. Her classes are not only fun but also very practical. You not only learn how to cook a specific recipe but she gives you so many tips all along that you can adapt in your cooking at home. My family loves Baba’s Kombucha which we pick up at Olga’s Culture Factory every Saturday. So happy we found this gem in Phoenixville!! It has become a part of our lifestyle!!
If anyone asks me what the best thing was, I got for Christmas, I will answer "I took a Cooking Workshop at Baba's Brew lead by Chef Olga!!!" I was expecting to be taught how to make 5 appetizers, but instead I learned so much more. I was shocked to find out all the things I have been doing wrong all these years! I loved that you went into:
1.) Proper temperature of your skillet.
2.) The importance of a proper knife and the care of them (oh have I been bad on that one!)
3.) Tasting oil vs. cooking oil.
4.) The use of the thongs.
5.) Stirring of the vegetables in the skillet.
6.) Not to be afraid of seasoning.
7.) Not wasting all the parsley has to offer as well as other herbs.
8.) Putting a wet towel underneath your cutting board so it doesn't slip.
9.) Properly slicing the onion.
The list just goes on...
I have found myself taking a different approach in my kitchen now. And am so looking forward to taking another class.
There was so much laughter and the group worked well together. I really like the interaction amongst all of us. We were there to appreciate the experience, but I came away with a new passion for cooking!
Thank you for opening my eyes to a new world when it comes to food prep!

Everything about Baba's Brew is fantastic! The kumbucha is a staple in our refrigerator. Love the seasonal flavors using local ingredients! We have been to three Full Moon Feasts and have never been disappointed! We have also participated in her cooking classes. Informative and delicious! Olga is amazing!
