from 85 reviewsI had an amazing experience taking Olga Sorzano’s pasta course. I learned so much about making fresh pasta from scratch in a way that was both approachable and genuinely fun. Olga explains everything clearly, shares great tips, and creates an environment that makes you feel comfortable experimenting and learning, even if you’re a beginner.
Beyond the skills, the class itself was a blast. It was a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and I even made a few new friends along the way. There’s something special about learning together over flour, dough, and rolling pins.
Best of all, the course actually worked: I’ve already made my own fresh pasta and ravioli at home, and they turned out great. I can’t recommend this class enough for anyone who loves cooking, wants to build real kitchen skills, or just wants a fun, rewarding experience.
Although this wasn't my first time cooking with Olga (I've taken several classes with her), this was a class that reminded me how much I learn every time I go. I'm not a novice cook, but I am constantly picking up tips, tricks, interesting ingredients, and improving my efficiency and comfort in the kitchen. And then there's the cozy feeling of community Olga creates in her classes. Sitting down to a delicious, convivial meal with her and my fellow students was the perfect ending to class.

Chef Olga is absolutely incredible. I’ve taken several of her classes, including Culinary Boot Camp and Advanced Culinary Boot Camp, and every single time I walk away with new skills and inspiration. I now catch myself thinking, “What would Olga do?”—improvise, use what you have, and always focus on quality ingredients.
She has been a huge inspiration in my weight-loss journey and in learning how to cook healthier without sacrificing flavor. Her classes are fun, engaging, and full of practical techniques that stick with you long after the session ends. I’m always excited for the next one.
If you want to learn how to cook or expand your culinary knowledge, I can’t recommend Chef Olga’s classes highly enough. Take one—or take them all. You won’t be disappointed.

What an amazing time! Six weeks that I didn't want to end! We learned a variety of cooking techniques, picked up valuable insider tips of the trade from Olga, and grew together as a group. It was one of the experiences in my life that I wish did not come to an end. I'm looking forward to taking more cooking classes with Olga.

Olga is amazing!!! I cannot wait to take another class. Our pumpkin pies were wonderful. The apple pie. OMG. Amazing. Crust was perfect and the filling WOW. Olga instructed and helped you as needed. The sugar cranberries added a lovely touch to the apple pie. We were also treated to fresh caramel sauce-to die for!!Her amazing daughters really kept things in order for us. As I said I hope to take more classes
I had a great time at the Spanish Tapas cooking class! It was such a welcoming environment, with people of all different backgrounds and cooking knowledge. Olga makes everyone feel comfortable in the space, able to ask any questions you have whether it's specific to the class or other food topics. She is such a wealth of knowledge based on her extensive cooking background, I learned much more than how to cook those particular recipes. I highly recommend you give the classes a try. And the Kombucha was tasty too!
My husband and I had the best time. Olga was so engaging. We learned techniques we can use for years to come. The food was outstanding. Can't wait to return with friends and family!

A Culture Factory hosted an amazing birthday event for 12 of my closest friends in September 2025, and we have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Olga was actively involved in helping me choose a theme months in advance, so when the day arrived, everything was perfectly set up for us. We were able to simply show up and enjoy learning while participating in the preparation of our three-course meal, which turned out delicious! Some of my friends even replicated the dishes by following Olga's recipes at home, and they turned out to be fantastic. It was definitely a unique experience, and we all had a lot of fun cooking with Olga!
Had so much fun at the periogi class. The food was delicious and the class was entertaining and educational. I also highly recommend the foccasia and the dumpling classes !
My daughter and I took the "Cozy Night in Provence" class and had an absolutely wonderful time. Olga made the experience special by sharing her personal stories, explaining why she chooses certain ingredients, and even showing us how to make the most of vegetable scraps for broth. It felt like more than just a cooking class—it was the perfect blend of hands-on cooking and learning. She was warm and welcoming throughout, and I’m already looking forward to joining another class soon!
