Step in from the December chill and gather around the fondue pot for a cozy evening inspired by the Swiss Alps. Together, we’ll prepare a bubbling pot of classic Gruyère and Emmental fondue, master perfectly crisp potato rösti topped with wild mushrooms, and finish with warm, flaky apple strudel.
