Classic New York Steakhouse 4/17, 6-9 pm

Channel the timeless glamour of a New York steakhouse and learn how to recreate it at home. In this hands-on class, we’ll master the art of the perfect pan-seared strip steak finished with herb butter, build a crisp chopped salad with bold blue cheese dressing, and whip up ultra-creamy mashed potatoes elevated with smoked cheddar.

We’ll end the evening with a classic vanilla crème brûlée — silky custard topped with that signature crack of caramelized sugar.
