We’ll also guide you through making luscious, creamy ricotta with just a few simple ingredients—so fresh you'll never go back to store-bought.

At the end of the class we will enjoy a communal feast featuring freshly baked focaccia, your handmade ricotta, and a variety of seasonal fixings. And don’t worry—your beautifully decorated focaccia goes home with you, ready to impress your family and friends!

Kombucha will flow freely for you to enjoy but feel free to BYOB.
