Mediterranean Mezze Feast 9/11 6-9pm

The Mediterranean has long celebrated vegetables, legumes, grains, herbs, and exceptional olive oil—not as side dishes, but as the heart of the meal. In this hands-on class, we'll prepare a vibrant mezze feast inspired by the flavors of Greece, Lebanon, Turkey, and the Middle East.

You'll learn how to make silky-smooth hummus from scratch, perfectly crisp falafel with creamy tahini sauce, a bright fattoush salad dressed with sumac and pomegranate molasses, and a fragrant lemon olive oil cake served with seasonal berries.
