In this festive, hands-on class, we’ll sauté plump shrimp in olive oil and garlic (gambas al ajillo), slice into a silky Spanish tortilla layered with potatoes and eggs, and craft a saffron-infused chicken and chorizo paella that bubbles with bold flavor and soul.

We’ll end with crema catalana, Spain’s citrus-kissed answer to crème brûlée—caramelized, creamy, and utterly irresistible.
