Dive into the art of sushi in this hands-on, technique-focused class where we will explore the foundations of traditional and modern sushi making. You will learn how to properly season and prepare sushi rice, the heart of every great roll, and understand the balance of texture, flavor, and presentation that makes sushi so special.
Together, we will practice shaping elegant nigiri and rolling classic favorites, building confidence with bamboo mats, knife work, and proper rolling techniques. This class is designed to feel fun, approachable, and immersive — perfect for beginners and sushi lovers alike.
By the end of the evening, you will have the skills to recreate sushi at home and a beautiful platter to enjoy together.
